- Size of flies
It is possible that many of the dry flies used in Patagonia are bigger in size than those used in other parts of the world. This is due to the presence of terrestrial insects living in the nearby areas which are excellent food for trout. Thus foam flies with rubber legs give very good results, whether black, natural or peacock. As for traditional and smaller flies, they are useful for fishing in the different eclosions. A good choice of flies including nymphs and streamers will do for the different options of fishing in Patagonia. -
